Situs Investments LLC (SI) is a Pennsylvania based private lender who specializes in residential second mortgages throughout the country. The loans SI owns were originated by a big bank lender where the borrower went into default due to an unexpected financial burden that threw them off track making it difficult to sustain their mortgage obligation.
